As part of the “Gaza Winter… Peace & Warmth” campaign, Senabil Foundation distributed winter clothing to displaced women in several displacement camps. The intervention aims to reduce hardship caused by low temperatures and limited access to basic winter needs. The clothing kits included essential winter items to help women cope with cold weather amid difficult displacement conditions. This initiative aligns with the foundation’s efforts to support the most vulnerable groups during the winter season.

In recognition of the remarkable efforts made by Senabil’s students during one of the most most challenging periods Gaza has endured, and despite pain, hardship, and difficult circumstances, our outstanding Tawjihi students – Class of 2006/2007 – achieved remarkable success worthy of celebration. For this reason, Senabil Foundation organized a special honoring ceremony to acknowledge their determination, resilience, and ability to transform adversity into achievement. The celebration serves as a message of encouragement to the students and their families, reinforcing the spirit of resilience and excellence despite all odds.

During the severe cold wave that struck the Gaza Strip, and amid harsh humanitarian conditions in displacement camps, Senabil Foundation teams rapidly responded to assist affected families in both North and South Gaza. The emergency interventions included the distribution of winter clothing, tents, tarpaulins, and blankets to families facing poor shelter conditions and rainwater leakage, aiming to reduce suffering and help them cope with extreme cold, as part of the “Gaza Winter… Peace & Warmth” campaign.

As a closing activity of the psychosocial support project implemented by Senabil Foundation in partnership with Heart of Gaza Foundation, a final art exhibition was organized to showcase students’ drawings reflecting their experiences and emotions during a period of significant stress and challenges. The exhibition served as a safe concluding space for expression, reinforcing a sense of achievement and highlighting art as a therapeutic and educational tool.

Senabil Association carried out the distribution of winter clothing kits for infants in support of the “Gaza Winter… Peace Warmth” campaign This intervention comes in response to the harsh conditions faced by newborns in displacement camps, where the absence of heating and fragile tents increase their vulnerability to cold-related illnesses. Driven by its humanitarian responsibility, Senabil Association provided complete winter kits to help protect infants from the cold and ease the economic and emotional burden on their mothers, contributing to the resilience of displaced families during the winter season.

As part of the “Gaza Winter… Peace & Warmth” campaign, Senabil Foundation supported the most vulnerable groups by implementing the “Warmth Tent Project” inside Senabil Village, which included distributing winter clothing items to orphaned children. This intervention aims to reduce the impact of cold weather on vulnerable children and enhance their ability to cope with harsh winter conditions. The project aligns with the foundation’s efforts to protect at-risk groups and provide essential winter support.
